Pre-Payment Instructions
If you are on a pre-payment plan, please read the information below to property process the payment. We use Storage Commander software to manage the facility and payment process. The wording the software uses can be a little confusing when making payments for 6 months or 12 months.
There are 2 important steps to complete to property enter and apply the payment.
STEP 1:
When you get to the example screenshot shown below you must change the “PAYMENTS FOR THIS UNIT:” to match the number of months you are prepaying.
6 months: Change Payments for this unit to 6
12 months: Change Payments for this unit to 12
The payment total will take about 10 seconds to re-calculate.
STEP 2:
DO NOT SELECT AUTOPAY- this will eliminate your discount. Pre-payment plans will be invoiced when it is time for renewal.
If you wish to change your current payment plan you must contact us during office hours so we can adjust your payment plan within the system. Payment plans cannot be changed online.
