The following steps are to ensure a successful reservation request and to ensure there is a space available for your storage needs. If you are just looking for space sizes and rates, please CLICK HERE
The RESERVATION REQUEST process places a HOLD on a space. Your RESERVATION REQUEST is reviewed before final approval. Once approved, you will be able to set up your online account, provide required documents and move-in.
We offer many options (SEE HERE for a complete list of space options and rates) only spaces currently available will be shown during the RESERVATION REQUEST process
Regarding your move in date:
Same day MOVE-IN is only available during office hours (M, T, TH, F 10:30am-4pm or W 1pm-4pm). Please continue with the Online Reservation Process and then contact us during office hours.
Continue with the online process. Your RESERVATION REQUEST will be reviewed during regular office hours. We will contact you to get the required documents, account set up, and move-in details.
Due to Limited Space, we cannot hold a space more than 14 days. Please contact us to discuss your storage needs.
The only way to determine the size of space needed is to actually measure the total length of the items to be stored. To see examples CLICK HERE (this will take you to our page showing how to measure) NOTE: 90% of RV/Trailer/Boat owners that do not actually measure the length of their item being stored will reserve a space that is too small.
Actual space length we provide is slightly longer than the size listed. This is to allow space between tenants. Example: A space listed at 20 ft will actually be 21 ft. The item in this space must be 20ft or less. If you lease a 20ft space and try to park any item longer than 20 ft in that space there will be a $30 transfer fee for the time associated with transferring you to the correct space size and adjusting your account to the correct rate. Save yourself time and money, measure the exact length. Additionally, due to limited available spaces, there may not be a space available for the correct size needed.
The tenant will be responsible for confirming the exact length of the unit prior to entering the storage facility to ensure we have the correct size of space available. Please continue with your reservation.
I understand if I complete the reservation request, account setup, payment, place my unit in storage and choose a space too small for the item(s) I am storing, I will incur a $30 transfer fee. Additionally, due to limited available spaces, there may not be a space available for the correct size needed.
After completing the RESERVATION REQUEST, the system will show you a page to setup an account.
Once you reach this page in the reservation process STOP! You will have completed the RESERVATION REQUEST process. You will not be able to setup an account, login, or move-in until we have reviewed your reservation during regular office hours.
Once the RESERVATION REQUEST has been approved, we will begin the Move-in process. Prior to Move-In, the following documents will be required:
Copy of Driver's License License Plate Number Proof of Ownership Copy of Insurance Signed Lease Agreement
All items in storage must be operable and maintained with current registration. We DO NOT offer storage for vehicles, Semi Trucks, or Commercial items.
To move forward with your reservation request enter your email address to receive the welcome email that contains important lease information and a link to uploading required documents. (Remember to check spam/junk folders if you do not see it in your inbox). Then click "Reserve My Space" to pick your space and submit your request.
