All contracts are month to month with Autopay (Credit or Debit Card) processed on the 1st of the month. All leases require 2 months prepaid at the start of the lease.

The following documents are required before entry into the storage facility and completion of the lease.

Copy of Driver's License

Copy of Proof of Ownership (i.e. title, registration, bill of sale)
Copy of Insurance

All items must have proof of ownership and insurance in the lessee's name.

All items are required to be operable, maintained, and in good condition.
